Started on WordPress with the Astra theme and Elementor. It worked, but the plugin overhead and limited control over the codebase started to bug me. So in one day I scrapped the lot and rebuilt it from scratch as a static site in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and PHP, using Claude Code and Cursor. Faster, leaner, no CMS bloat. Deployed on Cloudflare Pages with DNS, caching and security from the same stack. The full GTM and GA4 setup carried over intact, no events lost.

Planned and executed a coordinated influencer campaign to scale several music tracks on TikTok. Instead of
chasing a single viral moment, the strategy seeded each sound through multiple creators simultaneously,
using TikTok's algorithm which rewards repeated behavioural signals around a sound. Evaluated creators
by engagement authenticity rather than follower count. Timed releases to overlap and compound reach.
Managed using Agile sprint methodology. The original sound I worked on in April 2026 hit over 1 million user-generated videos in a single month.

Co-founded BigK, a digital art NFT project built from the ground up. Led the full lifecycle: assembled
the artist team, developed the collection concept, built and grew the community to 1,500+ members, then
launched, marketed, and sold the NFT collection. Managed all marketing across Twitter, Instagram, and
community channels. Created brand identity, handled content localisation (Turkish to English), and
coordinated influencer partnerships for visibility and sales. Organised interactive metaverse events and
virtual concerts using the OVR platform with holder-exclusive experiences.
