Originally built on WordPress using the Astra theme and Elementor page builder — a solid starting point, but over time the performance overhead, plugin dependencies, and limited control over the codebase became friction points. In a single day, the entire site was scrapped and rebuilt from scratch as a static site in pure HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP, using AI-assisted development with Claude Code and Cursor. The result is a faster, leaner, and fully custom-built site with no CMS bloat. Deployed on cPanel hosting with Cloudflare handling DNS, caching, and security. Throughout the full migration, GTM and GA4 tracking were preserved without data loss — all tags, triggers, and conversion events carried over intact.

Planned and executed a coordinated influencer campaign to scale several music tracks on TikTok. Instead of chasing a single viral moment, the strategy seeded each sound through multiple creators simultaneously, leveraging TikTok's algorithm which rewards repeated behavioural signals around a sound. Evaluated creators by engagement authenticity rather than follower count. Timed releases to overlap and compound reach. Managed using Agile sprint methodology. The top performing track reached over 1,000 user-generated video uploads at peak.

Co-founded BigK, a digital art NFT project built from the ground up. Led the full lifecycle: assembled the artist team, developed the collection concept, built and grew the community to 1,500+ members, then launched, marketed, and sold the NFT collection. Managed all marketing across Twitter, Instagram, and community channels. Created brand identity, handled content localisation (Turkish to English), and coordinated influencer partnerships for visibility and sales. Organised interactive metaverse events and virtual concerts using the OVR platform with holder-exclusive experiences.
